Living.

Chimney.
Words from the architect
Brief: The client asked for a contemporary concept of housing, functional but with strongly defined design.

Dining room.
Concept: The main concept was to give a different interpretation to a static space, starting from the negation of its spatiality, regular and centrally oriented, by creating planes and volumes like if they were unfolded from a corner of the perimeter, to come to a space definition organized around a fulcrum, but always in a dynamic way.

Furniture detail.
Materials: Teak wooden floor and local stone for the chimney base

Space between kitchen and dining room.
Organization: The first floor houses the main access, the living room and the dining room separated by the chimney, the kitchen and an utility space between the toilet and the kitchen. The ground floor houses one master bedroom with private toilet and a small outdoor solarium, the toilet and two children's rooms.
