View of the tower amidst its context

Exterior view of the residential complex
The building is virtually a fluid totem with its form and orientation permitting a full view of its surrounds. Individual floors with curvilinear layouts and maximum overhangs of 3 meters give the tower its interesting, streamlined form. An advanced system of ceramic material on a metal-and-glass structure, designed specifically for high-rise buildings by the architect, is used to clad the structure.

Of its 56 floors, the tower accommodates areas allocated to services and double-height apartments in its broad twelve-storey base. The upper portion of the mixed residential complex with its 44 floors houses the hotel and apartments ranging in size from 200 to 400 square meters.
