The openings are arranged within a rigid array.

The Building

The office building was designed on a rather small plot for an insurance company. The brief thus required the creation of a work environment that projected a progressive mindset as well as unwavering reliability.

The openings are set deep into the facade so as to not interrupt the overall massing.

The building is realized as a pure solid in order to project reliability.

The windows were also set back deep in the facade to this effect and were set in a rigid array barring a few minor exceptions.

The large span on the front side of the building was created to span the existing waterline.

The volume was lifted up on the rear side so as to make space for extra parking.
