The design essentially turned to the sophisticated and clever use of high-performance but warm materials such as wood, ceramic tiling and leather. These materials are deftly employed in the design to add an innovative touch to the highly elite character of these rooms.

Subtle finishes cover the ceilings with polished wood being used extensively for the walls. Special lights were installed to further compliment the ambiance created by the selective material palette.

The design brings together a variety of materials and finishes to add an extra dash of inventiveness to the design.
The project is still under execution with a new building and a shopping centre being realised in the next stage.
