A metallic ribbon embraces the palace, providing for both- structural support and dynamic aesthetics, emerging hence as a prominent element in the design.

The facade of the hotel suites follows a different logic in response to the narrow street it flanks. Here the design is characterized by a metallic shell set into a rhythm of vertical waves allowing sidelong views. The shell, combined with wooden extrusions and the glass window of the congress hall, connotes this section of the building, exalting its perspective.
