Words from the designer

"Molina Plaza offers stores, restaurants, theaters and supermarket facilities to the local public, placing itself as an important landmark in the neighborhood.

The project is basically two principal buildings connected by a pedestrian bridge (15m X 2.5m X 2.7m) that crosses over the road leading into the parking lot. The commercial areas are organized inside an "L" shaped building that wraps around a central plaza. This acts as a lively public space."

"The plaza is composed of a supermarket, eight theaters, a gym, a food court and several retail stores. Two parking lots, defined by the placement of the two buildings, are placed: one in the central plaza and the other one over the supermarket, (being directly connected to it and to the theaters.)"
