View of the shopping street which also acts as a spill out for a luxury hotel and casino.
The 500 m long shopping street, which is only accessible for pedestrians, is built on top of an underground parking garage.

Dutch clay bricks are laid out in two intertwining patterns.

Laid in two inter-twining patterns, the first pattern is a modern interpretation of the old fan shaped pattern. The second being a dual coloured pattern that cuts through the first. Each brick is custom cut and fit, resulting in a sequence of lines, juxtaposed against the rigid, wooden facades of the shops.
