A nineteenth century industrial building is carved into a residential unit through a design that is creative; yet subtle in its approach.

On the upper floor a bathroom, space for working and sleeping are located. A bridge provides access to the roof on the patio from these spaces. The roof is afforded with panoramic views into its surround.
