The ground floor is organized so as to allow flexibility of use.
The site was largely delineated with a small bathroom and a patio with a construction on the back. The intervention is modest in scale and tone with the introduction of a mezzanine to double the area.

On the ground floor the existing bathroom is used as restroom and a large flexible space provides for cooking, dining and relaxing areas. The stair is used to order the interactions between these areas.
