Loft 34 is located in a late XIX century industrial building. Originally housing the first electrical sub-plant in Buenos Aires City, the building has changed owners several times. Currently it is occupied largely by artists, designers and architects.

The loft is located in the wing dedicated to residential use. However the brief required the design to be flexible enough to allow traditional uses of the space as well.
