Words from the architect
The new Roman gallery is both highly representative and technologically advanced. In this space different installations of contemporary artists are displayed round the year. So this space had to be capable of adapting itself to various needs.

Internal view.
A central space, a perfect oval, with its considerable dimensions (23 m x 14 m, and 6 m in height)is the "core" of the project.

The materials employed, an extra-hard pietra serena, reinforced vertical partition walls in gypsum board for the hanging of works and "corian" create a white and grey monochromatic space.

Reception desk.
The project occupies one large, horizontal space of approximately 800 sq m, with a series of intersecting display spaces. The first and third spaces are smaller in size, while the central space, a perfect oval, is of considerable dimensions (23 m x 14 m, and 6 m in height). In addition to the display spaces, the gallery contains office space, storage areas and meeting rooms, a private viewing room and other spaces necessary for the functioning of a commercial activity
