The ribbon not only presents the green belt running through the space but also organizes the interiors.
The project presents a structural and programmatic intervention into a project previously realized by the designers themselves. The brief required the large summer banquet terrace to be glazed and extended into the current VIP room.
The designers responded by creating an interior winter garden wherefrom one can enjoy a magnificent view of the city centre.

A spatial ribbon snaking through its volumes provides for lush tropical greenery in the interiors of the building. The green ribbon also enables the partition of the space into several micro-ambiances that allow flexibility in use of the space as per event and requirements. The ribbon accentuates the spatial quality of the garden and emerges as one of the most attractive spaces in the CCIS building. The space is used also as a business and club room intended for events such as ceremonial receptions, award-granting ceremonies, banquet luncheons and meetings of the extended management team.
