Brief: A house that must respond to local conditions and be respectful of the site and the environment.

Concept: A design that comes out of its place, its history and one that is sustainable.

Materials: Modular micro concrete prefab panels on steel tube structure; a construction system developed in Costa Rica that is light, green and economical (less than 50% of costs of traditional systems).

Organization: Two main volumes (1-2 story social, services, garage+studio and 1-1 story bedroom wing connected by a bridge and central courtyards).
