Brief: A house that must respond to local conditions and be respectful of the site and the environment.

Concept: A design that comes out of its place, its history and one that is sustainable.

Materials: Modular micro concrete prefab panels on steel tube structure; a construction system developed in Costa Rica that is light, green and economical (less than 50% of costs of traditional systems).
