This project consists in a building containing public facilities administrated by the facefronting church.

Outer view.

This project is like a political statement: it thickens the lot perimeter; it makes the border porous on the inner side, where people inhabit it, and solid on the outer, where the city need an urban facade and a stronger definition.

Detail terminal point left.

The structure is conceived composed by three parallel layers perforated depending the internal fluxes (and the way they connect to the external ones) and the needed amount of light.

Detail terminal point right.

An outer crust of bricks wraps & protects the building looking for contestual resonance with ancient local buildings.
