Words from the architect
The client asked for a warehouse located at "El Marques" Industrial Park. The project would be built in three phases.

The concept of flow generates the project formally.
The concept of the project is based on movement and fluency. The module that forms the first phase would express by itself fluency and movement but is just a temporary volume. The addition of the second and third modules would make the volume stronger.

Volumes show movement and are oriented to the south.
The modules (except the smallest one) are covered by aluminum sheets. The aluminum follows the shape of the modules in a non-rigid way. The smallest module is made of prefabricated panels.

Each volume is independent, which makes possible construction in phases.
The front is located the public and the private parking. It is directly connected to the front and the reception. The reception is connected to the offices and to the warehouse. At the side are the warehouse's unloading zones. This zone has a separated access.

Different volumes of 20 by 30 meters arrange one besides the other.
