The Building

The brief required the creation of a restaurant-bar space which was highly flexible in terms of its function and character.

Furthermore there was a need for the place to be an easily recognizable site, which through its identity and character would reflect a strong brand.

These main inputs generated the concept of a structure that was 'consistent and closed in itself'.

The creation of the sculpture is the result of experimental studies through 3 dimensional digital models and physical models that directed the design process.
