Philosophy

Smolenicky & Partner is an international architectural office based in Zurich with numerous different projects to its name, ranging from the fields of interior and luxury-segment architecture to complex large-scale projects of the highest standards.

Each project starts with the careful distillation of the core potentialities of the building remit and a precise definition of the existing qualities of the site.

The success of architecture depends on achieving an intelligent balance between the complex relations of economics, organisations and aesthetics.

The result is a location that both meets the highest requirements of the client and provides the user with pleasurable surroundings, whilst simultaneously establishing its own unmistakable character. In the process, atmospheric density and spatial quality play equally a central role as the efficient exploitation of the available resources.
