The aim of Rijnboutt Van der Vossen Rijnboutt Inc. is to achieve excellence in the field of architecture and urban development. The firm is involved in all levels of building and town planning. Rijnboutt Van der Vossen Rijnboutt also works on commissions in the fields of strategic planning, spatial development and project management. The firm carries out assignments for both public and private principals.

Many of these are complex combination projects involving variegated programmes, or schemes which require collaboration on all scale levels.

The firm has developed a working procedure in which analysis, context, precision and process are of utmost importance. Design is considered by the firm to be a quest to find the best solutions to the questions posed by a design assignment. Our designs are tailor made for the present, and will endure for generations to come.

The firm performs as a fully integrated design bureau, in which the highest levels of expertise are brought to each role. Projects are carried out by a team consisting of a project supervisor together with a number of designers and draughtsmen. This team is guided on a daily basis by the architect in person and supported by a number of general and technical services: secretariat, accountancy, building cost calculation, architectural documentation, contract specification and office automation.

Due to the scale and nature of our assignment portfolio, Rijnboutt Van der Vossen Rijnboutt Inc. has experience in virtually all fields of collaboration. Complex projects require consultation with the various stakeholders during the initiatory and design phases, as well as with government and public-private bodies or co-designers in the domain of architecture, urban development and landscape design. In practice we continually seek ways of consolidating the talents of all those involved in the process. We often fulfil the key role of initiating and supervising these correlations.
