Related Projects

• Dos Lagos mixed-use development. Corona, California. A 500 acres development including hotel, residential, commercial, live-work, office park, golf course and educational facilities. Nardi Associates received the 2006 AIAIC Design Excellence Award and the 2007 Planning Award from the American Planning Association, California Chapter for this project. Construction completed in November 2006.
• The Iguazu Falls Sheraton Hotel and Community facilities. Located at the border of Brazil and Argentina Iguazu National Parks. Completed in 1982
• Three Lakeway Center, Metairie, Louisiana. In collaboration with NY Associates, Engineers. A multiuse complex (hotel, parking garage and office tower) housed in a 40-story high building facing the Pontchatrain Lake adjacent to the Causeway Toll Plaza. Completed in 1988.
• Nardi Associates as the Louisiana Corporation Architram Design Group (still current) designed the Cajunland Aquacenter, a 85 acres hospitality and entertainment complex development located in Kenner adjacent to the Kenner Convention Facility. This project was commissioned by the City of Kenner in 1990 by the Kenner Mayor Aaron Broussard.
• Nardi Associates is currently involved in the design and development of Estrella del Mar, a 1200 acres oceanfront development located in Mazatlan, Mexico. This project owned by the Denver, CO. based Forsam Conglomerate. To be completed by February 2008.
• Nardi Associates developed Sheperd Cove, Claremont, California. A residential enclave of contemporary detached homes. Received the 2006 AIA Design Excellence Award. Completed in 2005.
• Beijing Beverly. A city within a City. Beijing, China. A mixed-use development location in Downtown Beijing acrossromthe Universal Historic treasure, the Temple of Heaven. Condominiums (high rises and mid rises) hotels commercial street, entertainment, schools, shopping center, sport facilities and time share condominiums. Client: New World Company, Honk Kong, China. The project is currently under construction. Phase one to be completed before the 2008 Olympics.
