Giovanni D'Ambrosio was born in Rome on 5 July 1959. He has an artistic background, having studied advertising graphics and architecture in Rome; where his professional studio is today situated.
He has lectured on his work at Rome, Florence and Venice's universities. He has taught industrial design at Quasar institute, at the Academy of Arts in Rome and at IMBAR, The National Institute of Bioarchitecture.
