Philosophy

FIMA Engineering S.r.l. was constituted in 2001 as a natural evolution of Andreoli's architecture studio, working in Osimo (AN) since 1985. The company is a "MULTIDISCIPLINARY OFFICE FOR ARCHITECTURE" and uses a team of architects, engineers, energy manager, economic manager, building surveyors, cad designers, administration and secretary staff, organized to consider integrally the complex relation between architecture, engineering and energy saving. The company works out and supervises all the planning stage, analysis and feasibility of the project, architecture and engineering services, urban and territorial planning, study of renewable sources and energy efficiency, restoration and renewal.

FIMA Engineering believes architecture comes out an intensive dialogue with customers, a close examination about the place and the program. The balance between these three forces is the most important target of our way of planning. We firmly believe the answer to our customer's hopes whit our experience is the true misure of our work's succesfull.
