With a twenty years experience in rehabilitation, historical development, and on a diversity of program, the FILIPPINI Studio is specialized in patrimony and oriented towards contemporary interventions.

Reactive to potentialities, far-seeing the difficulties, intuitive and creative problem solving methods carry's the project and allows it to evolves in accordance to the context and the users. Contemporary in nature, contextual in the approach and with a sound budget/function ratio to fulfill clients needs; the extensions and renovation are to reactivate the liveliness and function of an architecture in its site.

We believe that the success of a project resides in the information flow and the involvement of the different actors of the project. To cope with this intention, the optimization process becomes an open dialogue between the future occupants and the conception team on the evolution of the project. Transparent, the approach aims to stay open minded and to allow for opportunities to arise.
