BUILD is a 4 person design-build firm in Seattle focusing on modern design and cost-effective construction. As licensed architects, we are experienced in all types of residential work including new homes, remodels, condominiums and multi-family projects. Our expertise also includes small commercial work and mixed use projects. We design with materials and methods of the current time and are LEED accredited for environmentally conscious work.
