At arquiteg, we believe successful projects result from a focused, coordinated collaboration between clients and all members of the project team. We see ourselves as facilitators, and we have a personal commitment to satisfy our clients' unique visions and needs.
Our approach to project development is twofold. "Workshop" sessions kick start the design process, fostering the kind of experimentation and evaluation needed to understand the program at hand. In these meetings our designers and clients jointly explore the project's challenges and opportunities in order to create the conceptual framework required for a successful design.
Secondly, we implement a system of project management and delivery that ensures clear communication channels between end-users, clients, consultants, and our project team. The core of this system are regular meetings between all involved parties, with separate meetings for owners, architects, and project managers to reach strategic decisions about scope, budget, and schedule.
We assign our staff members to project teams for the duration of the project, providing for the continuity of knowledge and experience our clients expect throughout the process.
