Preparing and sending data

I would like to have my profile published on Architecture-Page. How should I go about it?

First, download our format for profile. Then, send in the completed format to us via email (refer to the following two questions)

I have filled in the format. How and where should I send it?

Email the completed format, along with a photograph of the principal designers of your firm (refer to the following section on images); as attachments to "profiles (At) architecture-page.com".

(Replace the (At) with @ in the email address above)

Also, please DO NOT compress the file/s in a zip/rar archive etc. This is to avoid attachment-file corruption.

Note: To enable faster processing of your profile, begin the email's subject-text with [Profile for Publication] (including the square braces).

I know that Architecture-Page is available in ten languages. What language should the format be filled in?

English. We do sometimes translate profiles written in other languages to English. However, this is a time-consuming process; and as such, we cannot guarantee publication of non-English profiles.

Images

At what size, resolution and in what format should I send the image/s of our Principal Designers?

Image/s should be a minimum of 800 pixels wide, at 72 dpi resolution.

Image/s should be in JPG/JPEG/TIFF format.

The name of the image-file should be the name of the person in the photograph. If the image-file is a group photograph, the name of the image-file should also indicate who's who in the photograph.

Being Published

I have sent in the format along with the image as per the guidelines for publication. When will it be online?

If your profile is complete, accurate and up-to-date, we will publish it within 15 to 60 days of receipt.

I have sent in the profile more than 60 days ago. It's not online yet. Why?

If this is the case, please contact us using our contact form and notify us of this discrepancy.

How long will my profile stay up on Architecture-Page?

Forever

How will I be notified when my profile is published?

We will send you an email after your profile is published. This gives us the chance to send you a permanent link to your profile. We recommend that you join our mailing list and stay updated.

Payment and royalties

Do I need to pay to have my profile published on Architecture-Page?

No.

Am I paid to send in my profile for publication?

No.

I have the images of the principal designers. But the publishing rights are with the photographer. Can you pay for the image royalty?

Sorry, but the answer is no.

Neither do we charge the designer to get their profile published, nor the reader to access it. As such, we expect you to have the relevant publishing rights. Also, we expect that the photographs that you send in; (if required) be paid for a lifetime royalty by you, since your work is going to remain on Architecture-Page forever.
